Work Schedule: Per Diem, varied shifts. You will work at the 1415 E State St Clinic. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Required Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience Inpatient care management and / or utilization management experience. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Department of Professional Registration. Required BLS certification.
