Description Oversees and participates in the delivery of high quality professional and clinical care. The Supervisor Behavioral Health will manage and coordinate a variety of supervisory and clinical duties and responsibilities associated with unit/department, to ensure efficient operation, skills and competencies of caregivers, and effectiveness of clinical competencies. Assists in supervising the daily work of the department team, assigning and monitoring patient care. Serves as the leader to support and ensure staff are educated and meet clinical performance and competencies. Acts as an advocate and helps patient gain access to resources while confronting their personal issues, such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
