As a Security Officer - Financial Institution Armed Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, maintaining a strong visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. In this driving and armed post, you will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as they arise, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter potential security-related threats within the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences during patrols.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary according to site protocols.
• Enforce site-specific rules and regulations as directed by Allied Universal and the client's policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or adult corrections experience.
• Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
