What to Expect
We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer tooptimizeproduction reliability and drive continuous improvement in power electronics manufacturing. The role will focus on minimizing downtime, enhancing equipment performance, and streamlining maintenance processes through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate isa proactive engineer with a passion foroptimizingmanufacturing systems,highly adaptable,demonstratesa strong ability to learn, and approaches challenges with persistence and attention to detail, ensuring consistency and precision in all aspects of the work.

What You'll Do
  • Optimizeequipment reliability by developing and implement customized proactive maintenance tasks toeliminaterecurring equipment failures,catalogand manage a database of spare parts to improve inventory control
  • Data-driven maintenance optimization by utilizingdata analytics tools to build interactive dashboards that pinpoint high-downtime equipment stations, enabling targeted interventions to enhance throughput and reduce bottlenecks
  • Continuous improvement initiatives by leading incremental equipment enhancement projects with a practical, hands-on approach,utilizingreverse engineering, root cause analysis, 3D modeling, CNC machining, and advanced material selection tooptimizereliability and equipment uptime
  • Collaborate across teams by working closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to proactivelyidentifyand troubleshoot issues, refine manufacturing processes, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance optimization, and manufacturing process improvements in automotive manufacturing or high-volume production environments
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques, spare parts management, and process automation
  • Proficiencyin data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau preferred)
  • Practical experience with reverse engineering, root cause analysis, CNC machining, and 3D modeling (SolidWorks, AutoCAD preferred)
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles
