About the role: CLA is looking to hire a Senior Wealth Advisor to work in our Livingston, NJ office. The SWA serves as a relationship manager providing Total Wealth Advisory-a comprehensive, planningled experience anchored in a personal financial plan and spanning a client's financial and tax needs. Senior Wealth Advisors bring advanced knowledge across tax, investments, financial planning, insurance, and estate and retirement planning. You'll manage a book of client relationships, lead client strategy, and delegate work appropriately to deliver a hightouch experience with strong followthrough. Essential Job Functions
Requirements: Experience: Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of progressively responsible financial services experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certifications/Licenses: FINRA Series 65 or 66 Required. Existing Transferrable Book of Business Preferred. CFP certification or equivalent required. Relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of certification. Our Perks:

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. The compensation range for this position in New Jersey is: $120,700. - $214,000.
