What You Will Do
Forescout has an excellent opportunity for an engaging and employee-focused Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Operations Manager will be a key driver of lead management, data integrity, and marketing technology optimization. By partnering closely with Marketing, BDR, Sales, Revenue Operations, and IT, you will streamline processes, identify optimization opportunities, and make sure that marketing operations are tightly aligned to pipeline growth. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly shape how marketing drives revenue, giving you the opportunity to make a visible difference across the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Lead Routing & Scoring: Build, optimize, and maintain lead scoring models and lead routing processes to ensure efficient lead lifecycle management and maximize pipeline impact.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lead lifecycle, from scoring and routing through nurture and conversion, ensuring seamless movement and accurate attribution across systems.
  • Database Hygiene: Manage data quality and compliance, ensuring clean, enriched, and integrated databases for effective campaign execution and reliable reporting.
  • Marketing Tech Stack Management: Own implementation, integration, and day-to-day management of core marketing tools, such as Marketo, Marketo Measure, 6sense, ZoomInfo, RingLead, and Salesforce, driving adoption and continuous optimization.
  • Lead Process Optimization: Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, streamline processes, and evolve the marketing technology roadmap, proactively identifying trends and opportunities for lead process improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment and Continuous Improvement: Partner with Marketing, BDR, Revenue Operations, and IT to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization across channels and programs.
What You Bring to Forescout

  • Expert-level, hands-on experience with Adobe Measure, 6sense, and Marketo.
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in marketing operations within a corporate marketing or revenue operations team.
  • Strong expertise with Marketing Automation Platforms and CRM, specifically Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Experience with Tableau and additional ABM tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, implement, and optimize the marketing tech stack.
  • Passion for data-driven marketing, ROI measurement, and connecting insights across multiple systems to tell the full story of marketing results.
  • Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills.
