About Toppan Merrill About the Role The Team Lead, Platform Operations role is a unique opportunity to both stabilize existing accountabilities (infrastructure, app support, file transfer workflows) and drive modernization (automation, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability). This position will focus on providing clarity, structure, and coaching for their teams while ensuring delivery of business-critical operations. This team underpins critical client-facing processes, from managed file transfer to compliance and print workflows, handling thousands of files daily and supporting key enterprise applications. The successful candidate will be hands-on, technically credible, and highly collaborative - balancing current legacy support (roughly 70%) with a forward-looking roadmap to increase automation and modern practices over time. We understand that your skills deserve recognition. That's why we offer a competitive base pay scale ranging from $125,000 - $155,000 CAD annually, based on experience and expertise.
