Partner with the Best The Warehouse Leader - VTC Projects is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and releasing materials into production. This role leads a small manufacturing unit and contributes to operational planning, process standardization, and continuous improvement. The Warehouse Leader ensures accurate inventory management and supports cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and product flow. As a Warehouse Leader - VTC Projects, you will be responsible for: Receiving, classifying, and stocking incoming goods, including updating ERP systems and managing stocking conditions Knowing "what is where" to ensure efficient inventory tracking and accessibility Exchanging data and information to support improvements in products, processes, and procedures Handling standardized manufacturing processes and implementing updated procedures from other functions Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a larger unit with a budget greater than $1.5 million Fuel Your Passion To be successful in this role you will: Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing) Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in warehouse and inventory management Possess strong oral and written communication skills Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills Be able to influence others and lead small teams Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously Possess effective problem identification and solution skills Demonstrate proven analytical and organizational ability Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
