Partner with the best

The MDM Program Manager will be responsible for developing and executing an MDM strategy that is integrated with IT and across all business units. You'll also leverage data across the business through partnering with various stakeholders in translating business objectives into data services that support them.

As the MDM Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and addressing technical risks related to data integrity

  • Leading the technical solution design and the development of MDM solutions as well as the project execution that follows

  • Identifying and defining the right strategies to integrate Master Data with other operational systems to leverage the Master Data more efficiently and effectively

  • Collaborating with various technical teams and business users for development, QA and production support for the MDM platform

  • Supporting Data Mapping Phases with proper technical analysis collaborating with Data Architects and Data Stewards

  • Partnering with OFSD Product Team on rollout of new products and operating mechanisms

  • Designing, coordinating and executing pilots, prototypes or proof of concepts and collaborating with other domain architects to provide a consensus based scalable and adaptable data architectural solution

To be successful in this role you will have:

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 10+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years in the role of an MDM Architect/Technical Expert in Enterprise-level MDM platform/s

  • Have 5+ years' experience on leading MDM implementations in a complex business and/or IT environments

  • Have demonstrated relationship management skills, including the ability to solicit feedback from stakeholders and document/communicate/clarify desired outcomes

  • Have a proven track record of cross-functional project delivery - management of project timeline, implementation roadmap, stakeholder engagement, and go-live activities

  • Have prior experience leading large-scale projects with highly matrixed global teams (internal and outsourced resources)

  • Be able to quickly gain technical understanding of new systems

  • Be able to organize, evaluate, and produce complex data

In addition, you'll have a dynamic understanding of:

  • Hadoop, RDBMS, horizontal and vertical scaling, data schemas (i.e. Avro, Parquet, JSON Format, XML, etc.)

  • Relational, NOSQL, Normal Forms, Snowflake, Star, Dimension/Fact

  • Data security and classification, ABAC, RBAC, Row Access, Column Masking

  • Appropriate usage of dimensional data models

  • Current and future data-related technologies and trends

  • Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools such as SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI, Business Objects, Tableau, Sisense
