About the Role

We're looking for a People Business Partner who's passionate about helping teams and leaders thrive. In this role, you'll be a true partner to managers-coaching them through challenges, building their people leadership skills, and using data to shape decisions that make our workplace even better. If you love solving problems, building connections, and making an impact on culture, this is the role for you.



This is a long-term temporary assignment for a global job search engine that connects job seekers with employers. It's anticipated to be for 6 months to a year+ and it's fully remote.

What You'll Do

Champion Our People Programs: Lead core HR processes like performance management, compensation reviews, promotions, and change initiatives. You'll make sure they run smoothly and deliver meaningful results for teams.

Coach and Empower Leaders: Help managers grow into stronger people leaders by providing practical guidance, coaching, and creative solutions to everyday challenges.

Shape a Healthy Culture: Handle employee relations matters with care and fairness-addressing issues before they escalate and promoting an environment where people feel heard and supported.

Turn Insights into Action: Use data, surveys, and dashboards (like Workday) to uncover trends, spot opportunities, and drive initiatives that improve engagement and performance.

Be a Trusted Partner: Bring business insights to the HR team and help align people strategies with company goals-because great culture and business success go hand in hand.

What You'll Bring

-2-5 years of experience in HR, ideally with exposure to employee relations, coaching, and HR program delivery.

-Confidence using HR systems and data (Workday experience is a plus!).

-A solid understanding of HR practices and employment law basics.

-Strong communication and relationship-building skills-you're approachable, resourceful, and always ready to help others succeed.

-Proven success partnering with senior leaders and influencing through data, insight, and clear recommendations.

-Experience thriving in complex, high-volume environments, balancing multiple priorities with impact.

-Advanced employee relations and performance coaching experience, including investigations, manager enablement, and proactive issue prevention.

-Crisp, outcome-focused communication-you deliver clarity, drive alignment, and measure the success of your work through tangible results.
