Your Job Koch KCBX Terminals is looking for an Operations Shift Supervisor to support and develop operations at our facility in Chicago, IL. The Operations Shift Supervisor is vital to the daily and long-term success of our Chicago terminal. This role leads a team to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operations of the facility. The supervisor plays a key role in driving operational excellence, meeting production goals, and developing a culture of discipline and continuous improvement. Physical Requirements:
For this role, we anticipate paying $85,000- $105,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
