Job Description:
Required Skills:
*Minimum of 2 years of work experience
*Experience working with minimal supervision
*Self-Motivated
*Ability to read, understand and follow test instructions including technical drawings and testing process documents
*The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for 8+ hours a day is required
*Ability to work weekends and/or overtime as required
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, running multiple electrical test machines or equipment simultaneously
*US Citizenship is required
*Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance

Physical Demands:
*This position is located on a large Client campus that employs over 4,500 employees across 21 buildings on a 304-acre site. The role requires the ability to walk long distances between buildings and work areas throughout the day.
*In addition, the position requires the following physical capabilities:
*Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift)
*Ability to lift, carry, and move materials or equipment weighing up to 25 - 55 pounds as needed
*Manual dexterity to handle tools, test equipment, and small components
*Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods (8+ hours)
*Ability to work in a fast-paced production or test environment
*Visual acuity to read test instructions, technical drawings, and digital displays
