Responsibilities:

  • Support HR operations by assisting in employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation.
  • Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.
  • Process payroll, benefits administration, and assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs for employees on company policies, compliance, and professional development.
  • Assist in performance management processes, tracking evaluations, and supporting leadership in employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace best practices.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and company events.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve HR processes, workplace culture, and employee satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an HR-related role.
  • Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support company-wide HR functions.
  • Certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent is a plus.
