For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Patient Service Representative (PSR)
MaineHealth Primary Care - Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, Windham
Location: 582 Roosevelt Trail, Windham, ME 04062

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, between 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • Rotating Saturday coverage, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

  • Flexible scheduling options: four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days

  • Consistent weekly schedule with rotating Saturday shifts

  • No remote work option

About the Role:
MaineHealth Primary Care - Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in Windham is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for our patients, the PSR plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting smooth daily operations.

In this role, you will greet patients, schedule appointments, answer phones and emails, and ensure our front office runs efficiently and professionally. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. No prior experience is required-we're happy to provide training for the right candidate!

Our Internal Medicine and Pediatrics team in Windham is a close-knit, supportive group dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for patients of all ages. We take pride in fostering a positive, collaborative environment where staff are valued and encouraged to grow.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
