Our Connect Rx Pharmacists are members of an innovative pharmacy practice who are passionate about improving patient health. The Pharmacist is responsible for all aspects of the daily pharmacy operations. They will provide oversight for all staff activities of the registered establishment in conformance with all applicable New York State and Federal laws and regulations. The Pharmacist will ensure all customers are assisted with their health care needs, which includes dispensing prescriptions, selecting the appropriate Over-the-Counter (OTC) product and providing excellent customer service. The Pharmacist will also aid and support the success of the Pharmacy and the development of the Pharmacy Team. This includes the periodic oversite and supervision of technicians and mobile customer service representatives during their shifts.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.   • Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of equivalent experience required.
  • Pharmacy Degree from accredited pharmacy school required.
  • Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of New York is required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience as a pharmacist or performing relevant clinical tasks in a pharmacy setting required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Experience assisting patients with basic medical needs related to medications required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Detailed data entry experience required.
  • Experience with prescription software required.

CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
