Senior Creative Producer - Remote This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote contract role. Candidates located near Cupertino, CA may work on a hybrid schedule.
Pay rate: $83.35 per hour
Summary We're seeking an experienced Senior Creative Producer to manage the end-to-end production of digital marketing and customer-facing creative deliverables. This role is key in ensuring high-quality, timely, and on-brand creative output that supports business and marketing goals. The position requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple complex projects across global markets.
Our Ideal Candidate
8+ years of experience in digital or creative production, preferably within a design firm, agency, or in-house creative team
Passion for creative marketing and digital storytelling with a strong foundation in project management and production workflows
Proficient in web and email production processes with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Familiar with digital asset management, QA processes, and cross-functional review cycles
Skilled in collaborating with creative, technical, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, customer-focused experiences
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines
Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks while adapting to shifting priorities
Excellent written and verbal communicator with outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly organized and adept at building efficiency across global and cross-functional teams
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the production of digital creative deliverables from concept through launch. You'll partner with internal stakeholders across creative, design, marketing, product, and technology to deliver polished, impactful experiences. Key responsibilities include:
Managing project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication across multiple teams and languages
Proactively identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and tracking progress against goals and deadlines
Facilitating reviews and feedback cycles with senior leadership, legal, and localization partners
Coordinating asset delivery and version control across internal systems and teams
Supporting post-launch quality assurance and optimization in collaboration with design and engineering teams
Archiving and maintaining organized asset libraries and project documentation
Driving operational excellence through process improvements, accountability tracking, and clear communication
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Background in creative production, digital marketing, or advertising
Familiarity with digital platforms, content workflows, and project management methodologies
