The Fulfillment Specialist will play a key role in managing the end-to-end fulfillment process, ensuring efficient processing, accurate inventory management, and timely shipping and receiving. This role is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction through prompt and precise order delivery.  
    
    Responsibilities: 
    
    
      
     - Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders with speed, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment while meeting accuracy and deadline requirements.
 - Promptly receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries, verifying items against orders and resolving discrepancies, followed by accurate sorting and storage.
 - Maintain and update inventory records, conducting regular counts, recording movements, and keeping storage areas organized and efficient.
 - Utilize company software systems to manage orders, track shipments, and process transactions efficiently.
 - Communicate with internal departments, suppliers, and shipping carriers to coordinate orders, address fulfillment issues, and ensure timely shipping and delivery.
 - Monitor supply levels, initiating replenishment requests as necessary to maintain fulfillment continuity.
 - Collaborate with team members to enhance fulfillment processes, increasing operational efficiency and achieving organizational goals.
 - Assist in preparing domestic and international shipment documentation, including customs paperwork when applicable.
 - Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
 - Other duties as assigned.
 
      
     
    
    Requirements: 
    
    
      
     - High school diploma.
 - 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or a related field.
 - Proficiency in inventory management systems and shipping technology.
 - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
 - Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
 - Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 - Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs.
 
      
     
    
    Preferred Qualifications: 
    
    
      
     - Certification in forklift operation or similar equipment
