Job Description About the Job: As an SVP, Creative Director, Art, you'll lead brand art teams, driving innovative, award-winning ideas and exceptional creative quality. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, you'll develop compelling strategies, foster team growth, and nurture strong client relationships. As a senior leader and agency ambassador, you'll champion creative excellence, intellectual curiosity, and an inclusive culture. A Day in the Life: Creative Ideation: Develop innovative brand personalities, positions, and briefs across multiple brands. Executional Craft: Ensure high-quality art production, photo shoots, CGI, illustration, video, and film. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with agency departments, aligning creative vision and deadlines. Client Management: Build strong relationships through creative ability, active communication, and expectation management. Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate expert understanding of accounts, categories, and competitive landscapes. Talent Management & Development: Lead Art teams, mentor copy teams, and oversee hiring, staffing, and career development. Business & Resource Management: Optimize Art/Copy team utilization, productivity, and efficiency. New Business: Lead creative pitch efforts, identify growth opportunities with existing clients. Agency & Culture: Serve as an agency ambassador, elevate employee experience, and maintain the company's creative leader reputation. What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Art and Design or related field (preferred). 15+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare advertising. Comprehensive digital portfolio demonstrating creative ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. General pharma advertising industry knowledge (preferred). Expert art direction, financial management, resourcing, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams. Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and foster collaborative environments. Salary $190,000 to $280,000 annually The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
