This is an interview position

To apply sales revenue and customer refunds, for specialized methods of payments such as Electronic Funds Transfer, Credit Card Portals, Internet Uploads, Domestic and International Inter - Company Transfers.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

High School Diploma or educational equivalency

Customer Service Experience in a high volume and demanding environment

Experience in office, clerical and transaction processing

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel Basic level - PC assessment will be administered.

Note: Temporary assignment for up to 6 months will be posted locally within the Call Center only
