POSITION OVERVIEW:

Leads the PC/Desktop Services team, overseeing end-user device support, campus technology operations, and endpoint management to ensure reliable, secure, and consistent computing experience across the organization

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead and develop the PC/Desktop Services team, managing staffing, performance, and service delivery while fostering a culture of operational excellence and customer focus

2. Oversee enterprise desktop support operations across all locations, including endpoint provisioning, imaging, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting for Windows and macOS devices

3. Manage asset lifecycle and endpoint compliance, ensuring accurate hardware and software inventories, license adherence, secure decommissioning, and alignment with IT and InfoSec standards

4. Coordinate executive and campus technology support, delivering white-glove services for leadership and consistent end-user experiences across facilities in partnership with Security and Facilities teams

5. Collaborate with vendors and IT partners to maintain service-level performance, evaluate emerging technologies, manage contracts, and drive process automation and standardization

6. Monitor service performance and operational metrics, reporting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership while ensuring adherence to ITIL-based processes and documentation standards

7. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.

8. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field

* Five (5) years of experience managing desktop or end-user computing environments in a large enterprise setting

* Proven experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/SCCM) and device imaging processes

* Strong understanding of Windows and macOS environments, hardware lifecycle management, and enterprise security controls

* Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) frameworks and incident/problem/change management processes

* Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional coordination and vendor relationships

* Leadership and team development skills to guide high-performing end-user support professionals

* Strategic and analytical skills to improve service delivery, asset management, and endpoint reliability
