About the role

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Watlow, you will lead a team of skilled technicians to ensure the reliability and performance of our equipment and facilities. You will play a key role in driving preventive maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives, while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.


What You'll Do:

* Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and prioritizing workloads.


* Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.


* Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.


* Conduct equipment inspections and coordinate repairs.


* Oversee external facility support vendors and ensure compliance with safety standards.


* Maintain accurate records using CMMS.


* Train and mentor technicians to promote skill development and safety adherence.


* Respond to emergency maintenance needs and minimize production interruptions.


What you'll need to succeed:

* High-school graduate/GED (preferred).


* Two-year degree or Technical Certificate or 5+ years of related experience.


* Proven leadership experience in maintenance or a related field.


* Strong hands-on technical knowledge in industrial machinery systems.


* Experience with PLC troubleshooting (preferred).


* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.


* Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.


* Flexibility to work non-standard hours and respond to emergencies.


* Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.
