As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for clients and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto dealership and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Document and report security-related incidents or suspicious activity according to established procedures.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to assist customers and staff, and to help to deter unwanted behavior.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff.
• Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions as provided by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
