Position Summary / Department Summary The Surgical Clinical Reviewer collects, compiles, and submits reliable surgical data to the American College of Surgeons National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (ACS NSQIP). The SCR ensures that all eligible surgeries performed at Boston Children's Hospital are documented accurately and entered into the ACS NSQIP Pediatric database. This role works closely with the Senior Surgical Clinical Reviewer and members of the Department of Surgery to identify opportunities for clinical quality improvement and other special projects. The SCR plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and providing educational support to clinical teams. Key Responsibilities 
 Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree, preferably a Registered Nurse (RN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Acceptable areas of study include Nursing or other clinical specialties such as Pharmacist, Respiratory Therapist, or Physical Therapist

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
