Description

We are seeking a Group Collaboration Coordinator to be a supportive force who empowers our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills with a meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. Given the dynamic nature of the executive leadership, we rely on our coordinators to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.

On any given day, the selected candidate may be asked to perform the following:



  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Communication Handling: Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, and other correspondence.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Document Preparation: Create presentations, reports, and spreadsheets as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Office Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support executive needs.
  • Project Assistance: Help manage special projects and track progress on executive initiatives.
  • Expense Reporting: Process reimbursements and maintain accurate financial records.


Required Qualifications:



  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • 4 years' experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD security clearance.


The following criteria are required and will be evaluated during the interview process:



  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.


Desired Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business.
  • 7 years related experience.
  • Proficiency in multiple office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.


Salary Range: $85K - $100K
