HR Intern - Pneumatic Division - Richland

Title: Human Resource Intern (Beginning December 2025)
Ability to work 20 hours per week during the school year, up to 40 hours during the Summer.
Must be authorized in the US - US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Position is onsite in Richland, MI --- No remote work

Position Summary:
* Responsible for generalist and/or specialized functions and assigned projects in various human resources areas.
* Provides human resources expertise and services and participates in the continuous improvement of human resource processes.
* Facilitates organizational development and changes that support key business objectives.
* Recruiting - Administrative tasks (creating jjob folders, setting up interviews, onboarding prep, etc.)
* General HR Office Duties - Filing, Creating personnel files,etc.
* Employee Engagement - Scheduling activities, Updating bulletin boards and TV monitors

Qualifications:
* Pursuing a bachelor's degree (BA) in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field
* Must be a Junior or Senior level within degree.
* Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
