  Job Description (General Summary)
     
     Intralox, L.L.C. has an opening for an experienced Executive Admin. 
      
      The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. 
      
      Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people. Develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.

    Job Responsibilities and Requirements
     
     Responsibilities: 
      
      * Provide administrative support to the Executive Staff 
* Schedules meetings, supports meeting preparation, takes quality project meeting notes and follows up on action items 
* Provides proactive calendar management 
* Manages complex travel arrangements and itineraries 
* Supports the production of corporate meetings, staff meetings and corporate events 
* Enters purchase orders, interfaces with purchasing 
* Submits requests as needed, including ITS and Facilities 
* Takes initiative to improve administrative processes 
      
      Requirements: 
      
      * High School diploma or GED equivalent, some college preferred 
* Minimum of 5 years experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
* Detail oriented and very organized 
* Must have a positive attitude and be highly motivated, self-confident and self-managed 
* Must be a team player and have the ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups at all organizational levels 
* Must be extremely organized and detail oriented; able to take multiple tasks and prioritize work 
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
* Overtime when needed

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training and key skills. The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans Salary Range $40,200 to $84,500.
