To apply for this position, please click the following link:https://levelonepersonnel.applytojob.com/apply/XUkA3WtM7Y/Project-Manager We are seeking a part-time Project Manager (PM) to provide project management for a program focused on providing culturally appropriate and integrated mental health services to communities in Bronx, NY.
  The program will seek to deploy a resource center to community host clinics, develop tailored education and resources specific to New York clinicians, develop and nurture a learning community of clinicians caring for those with serious mental health, develop tailored outreach plans to drive usage, and host community conversations and trainings.
  Primary responsibilities will include management of operational aspects of the programs which include data tracking, performing evaluation and research, grant administration and management, direct delivery of training and facilitation of community conversations.
  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  
    
      
     - In close collaboration with the PD, lead the coordination and technical deployment of the SMI Resource Center and all tailored resources across host clinics.
 - Manage the delivery of tailored educational content for New York clinicians and for patients and families.
 - Establish, facilitate, and track the engagement of a clinician learning community to promote knowledge sharing and resource utilization.
 - Track and report on key outcomes, including the number of clinicians trained by clinic and topic, and the number and type of resources accessed.
 - In close collaboration with the PD, manage the placement and tracking for Community Fellows and Ambassadors embedded in host clinics.
 - Work in close collaboration with technical assistance partner to implement the Navigator program, which includes the recruitment, training, and supervision of one bi-lingual Mental Health Care Navigator and six (6) bi-lingual Peer Navigators across the three (3) Bronx-based congregations.
 - Support the distribution and delivery of the Notice. Talk. Act (N.T.A.) for Faith Communities training curricula.
 - Plan, organize, and track the execution of community events to raise mental health awareness.
 - Maintain a strong working relationship with key coalition partners to ensure the referral network is culturally responsive and effective.
 - Track and report on the number of referrals generated from the faith-based network to the host clinics.
 - In close collaboration with the PD, ensure grant compliance, reporting, and actively tracking grant metrics and KPIs.
 - Support evaluation tasks, including data tracking, assessments, and analysis of findings.
 - Perform other duties as assigned.
 
      
     
 
  
Qualifications 
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS  
    
      
     - Bachelor's degree in public health, public policy, psychology, social work, or a related field.
 - Minimum of three (3) years of program management and evaluation experience, with preferred experience managing grant funded programs.
 - Strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable populations with SMI, integrated care models, and culturally competent care.
 - Demonstrated proficiency in data management, problem-solving, utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS), and summarizing program metrics in written and graphical form.
 - Demonstrated success in fostering strong, effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders (clinicians, faith leaders, and academic partners).
 - Strong organizational skills and proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
