What to Expect
The People Content team is seeking a Graphic Designer to join us, based in Austin, Texas. This person will be responsible for designing and developing content that brings our HR/People campaigns, policies, processes, and programs to life in memorable and meaningful ways. Supporting the business, this person will have a problem-solving mindset, a proactive/results-oriented approach, and a talent for generating creative ideas. What You'll Do
  - Design, develop, and deliver HR content for a variety of sources and channels
 - Implement people content plans quickly
 - Review content to ensure it is of high quality (i.e., design, animation, grammar, brand, etc.)
 - Identify and drive opportunities to enhance visuals/processes in programs, events, and initiatives
 - Model a collaborative, creative, fun, results-driven culture
 
   
 
What You'll Bring
  - Strong understanding of graphic design, typography & branding principles
 - Ability to generate compelling ideas, problem solve, and achieve goals using design tools/software
 - Skilled in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
 - Positive attitude with a bias for action/solutions, working well with others (including executives), and who thrives in a fast-paced environment
 - 2-5 years' experience in visual design, motion graphics, illustration, and photography
 - A portfolio demonstrating your visual design, motion graphics, illustration, and photography talent
