Position at Unlimited Service Group
Contract Role: Zoho CRM Admin/Builder (B2B, Multi-Brand)
Company: Unlimited Service Group (commercial foodservice equipment service network)
Type: Contract (10-15 hrs/week to start; option to scale)
Location: Remote (US-friendly hours)
Comp: up to $60/hour

Why we need you
We run a multi-brand, multi-region B2B operation and are actively launching independent Zoho CRM instances for four brands. We're looking for an experienced CRM Contractor who can jump in immediately to organize the CRM, streamline workflows and improve data integrity
What matters most is your ability to design clean architecture, automate processes, and make data work for people.
What you'll own (day-to-day)
* Configure and optimize CRM modules (Accounts, Contacts, Deals, Activities, custom entities).
* Implement workflow automations, routing rules, and task triggers to reduce manual steps.
* Build dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
* Standardize fields, picklists, and naming conventions across brands and regions.
* Manage imports, deduplication, and validation rules for large datasets.
* Integrate CRM with related tools (marketing automation, quoting, service, or analytics platforms).
* Document configurations, maintain change logs, and train users through short guides or Looms.
What You'll Bring
* 3-5+ years of CRM administration or implementation experience specifically ZOHO.
* Hands-on work with workflows, custom fields, user permissions, and integrations.
* Strong data hygiene and reporting skills.
* Excellent written documentation and communication habits.
* Comfortable collaborating with marketing, who owns this project, and emerging sales teams
