 The Regional Partner Enablement Manager (RPEM), Americas, leads the regional execution of partner enablement across the Americas-primarily North America with coverage for LATAM- to equip Infor's partner ecosystem to sell, deliver, and support Infor solutions. The RPEM activates enablement in-region by connecting partners to what's available and driving usage of training, certifications/credentials, learning paths and programs, and benefits (vouchers, ILT credits). The role coordinates regional rollouts with Global Program Enablement Managers. They track progress, surface gaps, and route feedback and data back to global owners for refinement. The role also supports Partner Managers and Channel Managers in-region across Enterprise (source/co-sell) and SMB (channel/resell) motions and may coordinate with select GSIs. This includes helping partners complete and execute enablement business plans. A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
