As a Security Professional - Access Control Desk in Florence, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As part of Allied Universal, you will play a key role in access control at a busy retail location. Your responsibilities include monitoring entrances and exits, conducting routine patrols, and helping to deter security-related incidents with a visible presence. You'll interact with visitors and staff, providing excellent customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control procedures at the retail location, verifying credentials and managing entry and exit of authorized personnel and visitors.
• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns from customers and staff in a professional manner.
• Help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas by maintaining a visible presence at key entry points.
• Support Allied Universal in carrying out site-specific policies and protocols related to access control and security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail premises and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns or suspicious activity.
• Document observations and incidents as required, ensuring accurate records are maintained for site activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
