About the Role We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Sales Team. In this role, you'll be a key player in supporting customers and driving satisfaction while assisting with sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in customer service-preferably in a technical or industrial setting. Responsibilities * Process customer quotes, purchase orders, RMAs, and related tasks accurately and efficiently. * Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates. * Coordinate with engineering, production, and other departments to resolve issues promptly. * Maintain follow-up systems and handle scheduled callbacks. * Assist outside sales representatives with quotations, proposals, and inquiries. * Document customer interactions in the CRM/ERP system. * Promote products and services and share opportunities with the sales team. * Support the RMA process and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction. * Handle inbound calls (30-40/day) and occasional online chats. * Enter 5-20 orders daily, averaging 2-10 line items per order. * Manage quotes, including tax details for orders. Requirements Must-Haves: * 1+ year of customer service or order entry experience in a commercial/industrial products environment. * CRM/ERP proficiency. * Strong data entry and order processing skills. Nice-to-Haves: * Experience in electronics or industrial products. * Previous quoting experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
