This is a great opportunity for a Documentation Specialist providing support to the Engineering and Manufacturing Groups in a fast growing company.



Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Initiate and process changes through completion within PLM system (Arena)
  • Data entry and data maintenance for PLM (Arena), PCT/PDB (IPG Applications) and ERP (MS Dynamics-NAV) systems
  • Component and assembly revision level maintenance in PDM (SolidWorks)
  • Review and upload documents
  • Create Part Numbers upon request
  • Obtain and maintain External Standards
  • Order Standards as requested
  • Maintain Standards log
  • Training record creation, tracking and maintenance for new hires and training related to Changes

Requirements

Education and Experience:



  • Associates degree in Business Administration or technical field preferred
  • Ability, willingness to learn new applications/skills


Required Skill and Abilities:



  • Minimum 3 -5 years' experience in Documentation Control preferred
  • Experience working with a PLM and ERP system preferred
  • Understanding of Good Documentation Practices preferred
  • Basic knowledge of FDA regulated industry documentation procedures
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems
  • Basic knowledge of technical information content and context used by Manufacturing including Assembly Procedures, Work Instructions, Travelers
  • Basic knowledge of technical information content and context used by Engineering including drawings, specifications, reports
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, etc....)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work

Pay Range:


The pay range on this posting applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location posted, the applicable range could differ. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.



Other Compensation: Employees in this role are eligible for additional rewards which could include:



  • Annual Discretionary Bonus or Sales Bonus as Applicable
