Are you detail-oriented, great with numbers, and passionate about solving problems? Join our team as a Collections Specialist, where you'll play a key role in managing customer accounts, resolving billing issues, and ensuring financial accuracy across departments. What You'll Be Doing * Manage assigned customer accounts, ranging from medium to complex, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances. * Run and format daily reports using internal systems to monitor account status and productivity. * Maintain and update account balance spreadsheets with customized reporting metrics. * Serve as the primary contact between customers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. * Collaborate with billing and operations departments to investigate invoice errors and implement corrective actions. * Document all account activity in financial systems for transparency and management review. What You Bring * Strong communication skills, especially via email and phone. * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data entry. * Experience in collections, invoicing, or logistics is a plus. * Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred. * A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
