As a Security Professional - CRE Building Patrols in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations to help maintain a secure environment for all occupants. Your presence and regular patrols help to deter security-related incidents, while your commitment to outstanding customer service and communication fosters a welcoming atmosphere. Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or potential hazards.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity within the premises, escalating concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.
• Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and support access control procedures according to site guidelines.
• Assist with crowd management and/or vehicle traffic as situations require within the commercial real estate property.
• Follow all Allied Universal and client protocols while maintaining a professional presence at all times during patrols.
• Participate in ongoing training and/or briefings to stay informed about site-specific procedures, emergency response plans, and updates relevant to the post.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
