Summary
Responsible for providing visionary guidance, clinical excellence, and academic leadership to advance patient care, education, research, and community engagement. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions -Develop and communicate a comprehensive strategic vision that aligns with the AMC's mission, values, and long-term goals. -Collaborate with executive leadership to set departmental objectives, performance metrics, and growth strategies. -Provide clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care within the department. -Foster a culture of clinical excellence, safety, and continuous quality improvement. -Advance the department's academic and research missions by fostering an environment of scholarship, innovation, and collaboration. -Support faculty and researchers in pursuing research projects, grants, and academic achievements.
