As a Field Technician at BAYCOM, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers' critical technology infrastructure. You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of systems including radio communications, video surveillance, and door access controls.

We'll provide on-the-job training, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and expand your technical expertise.
