We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join our team!This is an exciting time to join our group and work on something highly strategic to Microsoft. Microsoft Dataverse is the platform to securely store an enormous amount of data in a cost efficient, scalable and easily manageable way. This team builds a suite of microservices to get near real-time insights over your data across various product suites at Microsoft including Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot studio as well as various M365 products. You will be a part of a team of engineers who thrive on solving complex problems at scale while doing it with impeccable quality. As part of your role you would be working on the cutting-edge innovation happening in building agentic workloads at scale while maintaining impeccable quality. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: Design, implement, test, deploy,maintain,and improve our software components and services Lead initiatives to deliver complex features, substantially improve product quality, and transform operations within the team Leadtechnical discussions and bringnew ideasto the table Design and Build Scalable AI Infrastructure Fine tuning AI models Develop Experimentation and Evaluation Frameworks Lead code reviewsto ensure all quality standards are met and by modeling best practices Work with Product Managers, Architects and UX Designers to design and specify new features from the engineering standpoint Identifyneedforinternal tools thatimprovethe teams' quality and productivity, andleadtheir implementation | |
