HPPD72-Evaporator Operator

To operate the Evaporator, Dryer and or Pasteurizer in a manner to maximize through put, and maintain quality

• Pulling fluid inventory every night.
• Pasteurize all cream to the butter room
• CIP Processing / Evaporator
• CIP lines
• Good house keeping
• Maintain accurate and orderly production logs.
• Notify supervisor or lead of any problems that might come up.
• Operating the Evaporator, Dryer and or Pasteurizer
• Pulling samples for lab.
• Perform required functions within SAP program.
• Adhere to all DFA Quality and Food Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
• Adhere to all DFA Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
• Adhere to all DFA GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
• Making adjustment to the Evap. and Dryer to maximize the run time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Powder Bagging and Receiving experience

• Basic math skills.
• Good knowledge of the processing area and the butter room
