We are seeking a Director, AI Transformation Strategy to drive product strategy at the intersection of People, Work, and AI. This role will shape the direction of our product portfolio through deep market insight, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional alignment-connecting product development, industry collaboration, and customer engagement to ensure Microsoft leads in enabling workforce transformation through AI. ResponsibilitiesLead development of forward-looking, high-ambiguity competitive and market analyses to inform strategic planning.Evaluate industry shifts and identify whitespace opportunities to shape and drive AI workforce strategy and product portfolio.Lead executive engagements with CHROs, CIOs, and industry peers to drive thought leadership and co-innovation.Work across product teams to influence the right product portfolio across products within the PWAI team, and across partners, and help tell a cohesive story on how the suite of products delivers customer value.Work with product and engineering leaders to ensure that the story and portfolio is grounded in product truth.Manage key relationships across Microsoft HR, Workforce Transformation, product teams, marketing, and field to align product vision with company initiatives.Influence strategy and decision-making with senior division and corporate-level leadership through executive-level narratives, trade-off analyses, and risk/opportunity briefings.Embody ourcultureandvalues
