 What You'll Do * Onboard & Inspire: Welcome new associates and facilitate their journey into our culture, banking systems, and client experience. * Design & Deliver: Create and enhance training content for tellers and bankers, ensuring materials are accurate, relevant, and engaging. * Lead Learning: Develop curriculum aligned with PWSB's vision, and deliver training both virtually and in-person for maximum impact. * Collaborate & Innovate: Work with subject matter experts, Department Heads, HR, and retail leaders to evolve our training programs and support new products, technologies, and processes. * Mentor & Motivate: Build and maintain a mentoring program, making subject matter experts a core part of our training approach. * Drive Excellence: Assess training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve our programs using best practices and performance metrics. * Champion Technology: Implement and maintain our LMS system, supporting all-employee training initiatives across the bank. * Partner Across Teams: Support cross-functional projects and help identify professional development opportunities for retail staff. What You'll Bring * Education: Associate degree or post-secondary coursework (equivalent experience considered) * Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking, training, and/or talent development. * Skills: o Strong organizational and project management abilities. 
o Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. 
o Advanced attention to detail and analytical thinking. 
o Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning tools (preferred). 
o Knowledge of banking operations, compliance, or customer service.
