Maintenance Technician Intern - Summer 2026

Marvin, a premier manufacturer of windows and doors, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in maintenance and repair tasks within a dynamic and supportive setting. This individual will be required to have direct supervision.

This internship will begin on May 26, 2026 and end on August 14, 2026.

Work efficiently with work order system (EAM) to document repairs and PM maintenance throughout the plant.
• Perform regular inspections and assist with repairs on any equipment in the facility.
• Assist in the set up of new equipment; troubleshoot equipment using basic tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Knowledge of pneumatics/hydraulics, electronics and controls
• Must possess knowledge in manufacturing processes, mechanical machines and mathematical concepts.
• Must be able to work with power tools and computer equipment
• Must have quick and decisive problem-solving techniques.

• Currently enrolled in a technical or vocational program related to maintenance or a related field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
