Description and Requirements About the Role We are seeking a Global Supply Chain Product Analyst to be responsible for solution delivery of supply chain applications and project coordination. This role will join us on a hybrid schedule at our Morrisville, NC location 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities Support CSP platform project delivery including process/function design, coordinating development team for deployment, and organize user testing Collaborate with the supply chain E2E team to integrate data and meet CSP customer needs Support Logistics-related application solution delivery Collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring that timely communication is provided on updates and progress Support day-to-day product management and reporting Ensure that documentation and reporting is delivered Basic Qualifications 2+ years of Supply Chain Product Analyst experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Engineering or relevant field required Preferred Qualifications 1 year of experience supporting product design and delivery from end-to-end Experience with SAP SCM, SD, EWM, LE modules strongly preferred Project Experience with Supply Chain operations or use cases Hands-on approach to problem solving with excellent problem analysis and resolution skills Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact Bilingual proficiency with Mandarin and English is preferred Experience with AI or customizations with SAP a plus The base salary budgeted range for this position is $75-85k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This role will join us on a hybrid schedule at our Morrisville, NC location 3 days per week.
