We're looking for a Senior Universal Banker who's not just great at sales-but thrives on meaningful conversations, proactive service, and building lasting relationships with our members. You'll be the friendly face that helps members navigate their financial journey, offering solutions that make managing money easier, more effective, and yes-more fun.

• Deliver accurate, prompt, and friendly service-whether in person, over the phone, or through messages.
• Engage members in thoughtful conversations to uncover needs and offer tailored financial solutions.
• Advise on lending and deposit products, and refer members to teammates when needed.
• Build trust and rapport with members, helping them reach their financial goals.
• Complete branch operations tasks with precision and care.

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (or relevant education in finance, sales, or marketing).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, positive image.
• Comfort with proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Attention to detail, accountability, and a love for solving problems.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and financial literacy.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number.
