Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology / Education, Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources, or Business. Licensure Requirement: (not specified) Certifications: (not specified) Skills: Solid experience in instructional design, curriculum development, facilitation, and evaluation of learning. Strong visual and graphic design skills. Effective planning, project management, and organizational skills. Able to analyze data related to training and performance. Able to assess outcomes based on learning. Experience: Three years of experience in the field of Instructional Design, Organizational Effectiveness, Learning & Development, Education, or Human Resources. Experience with A.D.D.I.E. and other instructional design principles. Knowledge and/or experience in working in Learning Management Systems, PowerPoint, e-Learning authoring tools, audio and video editing.
