Lipscomb Academy - Middle and High School Volleyball Assistant Coach

Lipscomb Academy is seeking an assistant coach to serve as a floater within our middle and high school volleyball program. This position will assist where needed across teams, practices, and matches, supporting both athletes and coaching staff. The assistant coach will work under the direction of the Director of Volleyball.

Duties for this position include:

• Assist MS and HS head coaches with all practice planning and game management
• Assist with skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship across all levels of the program.
• Attend matches and provide coaching support to athletes as needed
• Support the mission of Lipscomb Academy
