Description The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to support the Military Sealift Command Business Systems Branch (N6). The Military Sealift Command (MSC) Business Systems Branch (Code N611) manages, operates, and maintains the Command's Business Systems, as well as interfaces with Navy Enterprise Defense Business Systems. MSC's Business Systems are comprised of several software intensive systems designed to provide business activity support to globally assigned ashore and afloat personnel. The Deputy Program Manager supports the Contractor PM and will be able to fill in for the Contractor PM within the Vendor organization as well as interface with the MSC PM, MSC N611 BSM and MSC COR. The DPM provides support to the MSC N611 BSM and partners with the Government in the operational planning, establishment, execution and evaluation on the MSC Business Systems programs and associated activities in all things related to cost, schedule, and performance. Primary Responsibilities: -The Deputy Program Manager is responsible for establishing guidelines for all program c aspects of contract performance under the leadership of the PMO, including but not limited to: IMS, Risk Management, Requirements Management, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Assurance and process measurement and control. -The Deputy Program Manager shall establish standards required for performance, establish policies and procedures required by the PMO, and support the PMO in communicating with all levels of management across the Business Systems stakeholder community. Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law. |
