Description The Major Incident Response (MIR) Specialist is part of a team responsible for maintaining, reporting, and ensuring the IT environment for the Air Force District of Washington is up and running at all times. As a member of the 24/7 team, the MIR Specialist responds to outages, critical and alerts to resolve issues that affect end-user services. This is a swing shift on-site position (2:00PM - 10:30PM) Sunday-Thursday. Primary Responsibilities
