Project Manager MED-CORE-ADMIN-CHAIR Full Time 85879BR Job Summary The Department of Medicine (DOM) Central Administration provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to the department's divisions across UCSF Health hospitals, Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, and the San Francisco VA Medical Center. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $87,900 - $187,700 (Annual Rate). The mission of the Department includes research, teaching, patient care, and public service. The DOM has an annual budget of ~$892M across three sites with ~3,000 employees. The DOM comprises 27% of all UCSF faculty, 29% of the SOM's faculty, and 20% of the SOM budget. For the past 30 years, the DOM has consistently ranked among the top four departments of medicine in the country, and in the last several years, the department has been the number one recipient of NIH research dollars. The DOM has 20 ACGME and 24 non-ACGME fellowship programs, and its internal medicine residency has consistently been ranked as one of the top programs in the country. Required Qualifications
