In this role, you'll craft sophisticated user experiences with React while building robust backend services that power our internal GenAI platform. This is an in-person Omaha position What You'll Do Design and develop high-performance, responsive React components and interfaces for our internal GenAI platform Architect and implement backend services supporting our AI operations, leveraging serverless technologies and cloud-native approaches Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements Establish best practices and technical standards for our GenAI platform development Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership for complex features Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and maintainability Partner with Architecture to evolve technical designs and infrastructure Collaborate with our Agile delivery team in all Scrum ceremonies and processes The Ideal Candidate for This Role: What You'll Bring 5+ years of professional software development experience Strong proficiency in React ecosystem (React Hooks, Context API, state management solutions) Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly serverless technologies like Lambda and API Gateway Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Knowledge of software design patterns and architecture principles Experience with performance optimization and building highly resilient systems Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail Nice to Have Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or similar modern web frameworks Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or other AI/ML services Understanding of banking or financial services domain Experience with real-time data processing or streaming architectures Background in building developer tools or platforms Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $88,067.00-$145,309.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
