In this role, you'll craft sophisticated user experiences with React while building robust backend services that power our internal GenAI platform. **This is an in-person Omaha position**

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop high-performance, responsive React components and interfaces for our internal GenAI platform
  • Architect and implement backend services supporting our AI operations, leveraging serverless technologies and cloud-native approaches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements
  • Establish best practices and technical standards for our GenAI platform development
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership for complex features
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and maintainability
  • Partner with Architecture to evolve technical designs and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with our Agile delivery team in all Scrum ceremonies and processes

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in React ecosystem (React Hooks, Context API, state management solutions)
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly serverless technologies like Lambda and API Gateway
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and architecture principles
  • Experience with performance optimization and building highly resilient systems
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or similar modern web frameworks
  • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or other AI/ML services
  • Understanding of banking or financial services domain
  • Experience with real-time data processing or streaming architectures
  • Background in building developer tools or platforms
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $88,067.00-$145,309.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
